Our staff will provide a fixed quote (tax and toll fees included). Once confirmed, your booking is complete. You'll receive a confirmation with driver information and trip details.

  • Charter tours: priced by hours
  • Corporate clients: monthly billing available
STEP 4

Await Service

After booking, your driver will arrive at the designated time. Airport transfer service includes full flight tracking — no need to worry about delays.

How do I book Taiwan Alpha Go's service?

You can book through three methods: 1. Online: fill in the booking form at alphadriver.com.tw; 2. Phone: call 0936-336-555; 3. LINE: add the official LINE account and send trip information. Recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance; wedding transfers should be booked 1-3 months ahead.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancellation policies vary by service type. For general transfers, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For charter tour cancellation policies, please refer to the detailed information on the Charter Tour page.

Is a deposit required?

General airport and business transfers require no deposit — payment is made after service. Special services like charter tours and wedding transfers may require a 30-50% deposit to secure the booking.

Can I make a last-minute booking?

Subject to vehicle availability, we will do our best to accommodate. However, to ensure service quality, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. During peak seasons, please book 3-7 days ahead.
